The Cisco Networking Academy Program

The Cisco Networking Academy Program is based on a partnership between the Laurea and Laurea Specialistica courses of Computer Systems Engineering (Ingegneria Informatica) at the University of Pisa and Cisco Systems. The Cisco Networking Academy program is a subset of the Computer Networks exam program. Students who pass the Computer Networks exam can apply for the final Networking Academy test. If students pass this test they can obtain the Cisco Networking Academy Skills certificate, issued by the University of Pisa, which is held in great consideration by IT companies. Students in possession of the above certificate can apply for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate from a certification entity.
